Its sinuous shapes recall (even too much…) those of the small “C” and, compared to the previous Mercedes E Class, improve handling and comfort.
Its strong point is the technology, also for safety: since the basic version, the driving mode selector, the climate, the automatic braking system, the connection to the network for assistance and diagnosis are standard. Fault distance, the automatic emergency call system, the LED headlights and the driver’s knee airbag.
If desired, Mercedes E-Class can also be equipped with LED matrix lights (each light-emitting diode is individually controlled to illuminate the street as far as possible without dazzling the others), an automatic parking system (the car is controlled from the mobile phone) external and opening and start-up via a smartphone app.
With the advanced cruise control, moreover, on the highway the car follows the lane by itself, automatically managing accelerator, steering and brakes (also to avoid obstacles). Furthermore, by operating the arrows, the Mercedes E-Class changes lanes by itself (if the sensors inform you that the road is “free”).
