The Lamborghini Aventador Roadster variant of the most exclusive and powerful Lamborghini has a removable roof: removing it takes a few seconds and is not too tiring, because this car is made of carbon fiber, divided into two sections and weighs only 12 kg.
Specific the uprights of the windshield and the “fins” rear (which complete the central arch) painted in glossy black. Here too we find the doors that open upwards, but change the rear bonnet, whose unique windows with four hexagonal elements leave the engine visible; its shape also facilitates the cooling and the outflow of rainwater.
The 6.5 V12 of Lamborghini Aventador Roadster is the same as the closed version, combined with the 7-speed robotized gearbox (with steering wheel paddles) and the fully variable transmission (normally favors the rear wheels, but can transfer up to 60% of the torque to the front wheels ); there is also the “Drive Select Mode”, which allows you to choose between three steering, throttle and gear settings (Road, Sport or Travel).
Compared to the closed version, the performances of Lamborghini Aventador Roadster are in fact unchanged, since the weight increase (due to the reinforcements of the body) is limited to about 50 kilograms. Specifically designed the light-alloy Dione alloy rims (-10 kg), 20 inches in front and 21 behind, and the sand-colored leather upholstery of the luxurious and highly sporty two-seated cockpit.
