Q. What are the documents do I need to hire a car from Power Service?
A. Driving license valid for Italy, Passport, credit card and billing address for an individual. Business name, VAT number, driver’s license, business credit card, for companies.
Q. Do I have to pay the rental in advance?
A. No, it’s not required. We only need a down payment of 30% (not refundable) of the full amount at the booking, the balance must be payed before 24 hours from delivery.
Q. What about the Cancellation Terms?
A. Until 7 days before rental: 30%
Between 7 days and 72 hours before rental: 40%
Between 72 and 48 hours before rental: 50%
Less thank 48 hours before rental: 100%
No show/refusal: 100%
Q. What insurance cover do I have when I hire a car from Power Service?
A. All vehicles are covered against third party liability up to euro 2,500,000.00, fire and theft, vandalism, windscreen damage. All cars are covered by a “Full Kasko” insurance that assure the driver for any type of collision with other vehicles. In all insurance policy is required a franchise that is the amount that we ask to the clients as Security Deposit.
Q. Do you offer home deliveries?
A. Yes we do. We deliver our cars to your home, airport or to your hotel. The realives fees may change according to distance, day of the week and period of the year.
