We met Ricardo S. and his family, wife and kid, last summer. He was looking for a reliable luxury car rental service in Italy to hire a Maserati GranCabrio: the supercar of his dreams.
He planned to arrive in Rome, spend some days in the Chianti Valley and then leave from Milan Malpensa Airport. He asked us to rent a Maserati for the entire period of time he would spend in our country to fully enjoy his holidays without worries and visit some of the most beautiful places hidden in Tuscany.
He needed a solid and reliable supercar to drive and also ask us about our luggage transport service that we offer to clients who wish to carry their bags from hotel to hotel during their trip.
We asked him to spend a few words on our company and our services to have a valuable feedback and some ideas to offer a better service. After a short talk, we decided to publish his answers.
How did you first get in touch with Power Service Luxury Car Hire?
“I was looking for a reliable luxury car rental service in Italy to hire an agile and fast car to use during my trip in the country. I found the website of Power Service on the internet during my research, while I was organizing my holidays.
Exploring the website I saw they had lots of exotic car models I could choose from and among them there was the supercar of my dreams. I have always wished to rent a Maserati GranCabrio.”
Why did you choose Power Service?
“I just sent an information request through the website and I was shocked about your exhaustiveness and speed of response!
All the questions and doubts I was wondering about have been excellently clarified.
For example, you told me about all the documents I would need to rent a supercar in Italy and how to drive it safely on the roads, cause I’ve never driven a Maserati before.
You also sent me pictures of the real car I would rent providing a document that guaranteed my reservation. That’s really something not to be underestimated considering the bad experiences you may find around the world when booking on the web.”
How did you find the driving experience of a Maserati GranCabrio?
“The Maserati GranCabrio is an amazing supercar. It has four comfortable seats that perfectly suited the needs of my family for the entire vacation. I traveled with my wife next to me and our kid in the backseat.
I found it very easy to drive and much more comfortable than many other sports cars. The elegant triple-layer canvas hood was great, it opens and closes electrically within 28 seconds, and design was definitely stunning.”
How was your itinerary in Italy renting a supercar?
“I traveled from Rome to Milan spending 2 days through the Chianti Valley in Tuscany where I had a lot of fun driving on panoramic roads. I have to thank Power Service Luxury Car Hire for suggesting me the itinerary with the best roads.
By the way, thanks to its versatility, the Maserati GranCabrio has proved extremely simple to handle even in the strongest traffic situations in the most chaotic cities like Rome.”
What could we do more and what could we do better?
“Service was great! When I arrived at Rome airport I found a member of Power Service waiting for me and my family with the Maserati GranCabrio I had rented at the terminal exit.
The car has been delivered very clean with the full tank. The driver who delivered us the car known everything about it and I had the chance to ask him a few questions about the engine, the canvas hood and the performances of the car. He taught us perfectly about everything there was to know about that supercar.
I also used the luggage transport service from my arrival in Rome airport to all my hotels until my leaving from Milan Malpensa. We didn’t want to carry all our bags in the car and not saving space for our shopping, so luggage transport service was the perfect solution.
Even this service was always on time and in total safe for our precious stuff!”
Thank you for sharing this short interview with us!
“It was a pleasure renting a Maserati GranCabrio with Power Service Luxury Car Hire.
We couldn’t have asked for anything better, absolutely recommended!”
